Marc Gilenson is a seasoned executive specializing in leadership effectiveness, cultural transformation, and organizational change.
He played a key role in helping a $15 million company scale into a $1.5 billion global technology organization, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to lead through sustained growth.

After overcoming cancer, Marc shifted his focus to helping organizations strengthen leadership, accountability, and execution as strategy evolves. He is the creator of the S.M.A.R.T. Leadership Framework and RTS Mindset, and the author of The Corporate Entrepreneur. His work reaches leaders in more than 80 countries.
